About Brendan Baker
Brendan Baker is the former Australasian Talent Manager at British American Tobacco. As part of this role, he was responsible for all attraction, development and retention strategies across 7 countries in the Australasia area including Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Samoa and Tonga and had strong relations and influence in the Asia-Pacific region. His role was also responsible for all facets of graduate recruitment and graduate development.
Having worked in the industry for 7 years and previously going through a graduate program himself, Brendan noticed there were two critical things lacking in the graduate industry:
